Being recently widowed and relocating to Rock Hill near my daughters.
I quickly found out about low or non existing homes available in the area. Searching on my own wasn't very productive. My son-in-law referred me to Melissa. She was most helpful in finding and showing me homes in fast order. She was willing to do all she could to meet my schedule. I got word of a home coming on the market. I gave the information to Melissa and she got me booked for the first showing. We sat down and with her experience in the business had a signed contract in a short time. A really good thing because it was a hot property. I don't think I would be in this home today had I not ask Melissa to see if she could get me an appointment fast to see the home.There was unforeseen difficulties that arose on sellers part but Melissa navigated thru and we persevered to a smooth closing..
